In order to meet the needs of customers, we have designed a high-speed rail multiple unit maintenance workshop indicator light. The customer requested that the device use a red, green, and orange dimming LED strip, which can be installed on the rail for easy installation. In addition, the controller also needs to interface with the EMU system, change colors based on the signals provided by the system, and achieve synchronous control of the light emitting colors of three tracks at 1200 meters.
In response to these requirements, we propose the following solutions:
1. We have customized an LED bead with a red green orange chip to replace the conventional RGB three color bead. Compared to conventional designs, this design is more stable and less susceptible to long-term changes in the controller.
2. Traditional LED strips require the use of aluminum or plastic slots for fixed installation, but it is difficult to achieve such installation conditions on railway tracks. To this end, we have redesigned a snap that can install magnets, greatly simplifying the installation process. Meanwhile, after a period of outdoor use, we found signs of rust, so we applied nano waterproof treatment to the buckle and magnet to improve their durability and service life.
3. We have redesigned a simple relay controller to address the issue of the controller being unable to interface with the circuit signals of the high-speed train unit. This type of controller has stable quality, which can effectively ensure the control accuracy and stability of the signal, and solve problems such as short circuits or poor signals caused by external influences. In large-scale engineering, this design is particularly evident.
In summary, our high-speed train maintenance workshop indicator lights have the characteristics of high efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance, making them very suitable for wide application in various large-scale projects. During the cooperation process of this plan, we have also established long-term friendship and cooperative relationships with our clients.
