How to order

If you have dimensional drawings, we will make samples according to your drawings and take photos for you to confirm the samples. If you do not have drawings, we will design a suitable structure according to the dimensions you provide to ensure your installation and transportation are convenient.

How to ship the goods

We will send via forwarder or can send to your forwarder. You can choose sea shipping or express delivery.

What will be included in the product you receive?

All accessories will be processed to your satisfaction according to your needs and packaged according to your packaging requirements. After you receive the product, you need to process the clothes according to the processing method communicated in advance. If you have a full set of customized needs, we will also find the right supplier to provide you with complete products.

How long does it take for product delivery?

If you order our regular products, the delivery time within 1,000 pieces is usually about one week. If it is a customized product, we need more time to determine the specifications and parameters of the product. It usually takes one week from design to production of samples.

If purchasing samples

If you need to purchase samples of our regular products, you can contact our business and customer service staff directly, and we will prepare the samples in a short time.
If you need customized product samples, our engineers will communicate some product details with you. After you confirm the product drawings, we will arrange production and proofing according to the dimensions you confirmed. The final sample will be confirmed by video, email or express delivery.

How are the LED lights connected?

What we customize is usually low-voltage LED hard light strips, and we will reserve the stripping size on the wires. You can connect directly to the power adapter, or we can machine some terminals to allow you to make additional adapter connections and light strip-to-light strip connections.

What are the options for switches?

According to your installation environment and usage requirements, we can match you with a suitable switch. You can also place a switch on each LED hard light strip. The types of switches are usually touch switches, key switches, and induction switches. If you have special needs, we can also customize some simple controllers.
